Our labour law department specialises in claims for wages and other amounts from companies, among others. However, sometimes the company must claim from workers (because they have been paid more than they were entitled to, because the worker caused damage to the company for which they are liable, etc.).

Claims for payment by employees may arise from a variety of circumstances. For example, they are owed wages that they did not receive, are owed other amounts for non-wage items that are also owed to them, or because they have been paid below their professional rank and are claiming the difference.

Except in cases where another special procedure applies or because the claimant can choose another special process or file simultaneous claims, these matters are usually dealt with through the ordinary system in the Law Regulating Social Jurisdiction. However, our office can look after your interests in these matters when needed.
